Metal And Fiberglass Above Ground Pool installation (Round and Oval)
Three things move the price: how big the pool is, how much leveling or excavation your ground needs, and the extras you tack on. Ballpark, a standard above ground pool installation runs around $1,500 for a 12-foot round and climbs toward $5,000 for an 18-by-40. Ground leveling, sand, and pavers get quoted on top. Semi-inground costs more, no shock there, with all the digging and hauling. Seasonal pools are easiest on the wallet, sometimes starting near $700.
Extras get billed one at a time, so you pay for what you use and skip what you don’t:
Permits (building, electric, plumbing, zoning): $750 to $1,500
Excavation: $2,500 to $5,000
Soil removal: $1,000 per truck
Trenching: $800 to $1,500
Bonding plus a dedicated 110V line: $3,000 to $3,500
Gas line for a heater: $3,000 to $6,000
Wall foam, ladders with gates, chlorine generators, PVC upgrades: from $150
You get it all itemized before we lift a finger. No mystery charges turning up at the end.

Metal And Fiberglass Semi inground Pools installation (Round and Oval)
A semi inground pool splits the difference. You step in instead of hauling yourself over a wall, and since it sits lower it nearly passes for a built-in. The catch is excavation, soil removal, and usually a fence or some surround around the pool. We do the dig, the backfilling, the finish work. And if your yard or your budget isn’t right for it, you’ll hear that from us before the first scoop of dirt comes out, not after.

Seasonal pools assembly service
Swimming without the red tape, more or less. In most towns a seasonal pool needs no permits and no pricey electric work. Our crew throws up round or oval pools quick, gets the sand base flat, and clears out so you can jump in. When it turns cold, the pool comes down and goes into storage. Low commitment, low fuss, and the cheapest way to keep the family cool from June through the dog days of August.

The pool itself is only half of it. We also swap tired liners, upgrade pumps and filters, run electric and plumbing, and tear out old pools that have had their last good summer. Want a gas heater wired in, fresh PVC lines, a vacuum breaker, a shut-off valve? Bread and butter. One crew, one number to call, nobody chasing three different contractors around the yard.

Frequently Asked Questions
Depends on the size and how much headache the site throws at us. A simple seasonal pool can be up in a day. A semi-inground job with real excavation runs longer. We hand you a straight timeline at the on-site consultation and keep you posted as it moves, so you’re never left guessing what’s going on.
It does. We back our workmanship and warranty the install. What’s covered shifts a bit with the pool type and the exact work, so ask us and we’ll spell out what applies to yours.
Yes. Before anything goes up, one of our installers comes out, checks the ground for level, flags whatever’s in the way, and tells you the best place for the pool. That visit is the reason installs go in safe and straight.
Sometimes, yeah. Local codes and zoning set the setbacks, the distance from utilities, where a pool is even allowed to sit. We check the spot and pull the permits first, so the install clears inspection instead of becoming a problem later.
You do. A cushioning layer under the liner isn’t optional. It stops stones, roots, and grit from puncturing the bottom, and it buys the liner a good deal more life.
Call us right off and we’ll send a tech to look. If it’s on us, a bad install, we own it and fix it for free. If it traces back to damage, rough use, or a manufacturing defect, there may be a charge. Every so often a liner ships with a flaw you can’t catch until the water’s already in, and we’ll do whatever we can to get it sorted.
